The answer is “NO”, men and women can NEVER be equal. Even identical twins have their differences, so then how can we expect men and women be?

My question is, “what’s wrong with being a woman? what’s wrong with being strong, fearless, sensitive, courageous, confident, beautiful, sexy, intelligent…?” the list goes on because these and much more is what women are.

Society has us confused these days, we focus/celebrate on the negative and shun the positive. We have become so desensitized to our reality that we do not actually see the harm we are causing ourselves; it is almost like we are set on self destruct.

“I don’t need a man.” LIES!!! The greatest lie ever told. God created ‘wo’ man from man because he didn’t want us to be alone. He knew we needed companionship, so no matter how much you want to lie to yourself, you can’t disprove that fact. We do need men (they need us too) difference is we should WANT the right one. Remember, you are what you attract, so if you want to attract a KING, you have to be a QUEEN.

“This is a mans world, but it would be nothing without a woman.” As women, we need to know our roles and play our part. Now, that doesn’t make you a push over or a door mat, you just need to ensure that the man you are being a woman for knows his role as a man. You feel me? Hehe

There is a difference between feminism and female empowerment. Feminism is the fight for equality between men and women; probably because of hurt, pain or abuse so its used as a shield, while female empowerment is the realization of ones self (hurt, flaws and all) and the empowerment of each other.

I would love to hear your thoughts on this, please feel free to comment and share.

Ooooh no feminism isn’t about turning women into men it’s about giving women the same opportunities as men all over the world- for example making their wages higher to match a mans, allowing them to be topless without getting arrested, becoming popes and bishops (which they’re currently not allowed to do). If you want some more info I have a whole blog dedicated to the fabulous world of feminism xo
