Here is a quick and easy breakfast idea for when you are on the go. Breakfast is the most important meal of the day and it’s often the most skipped, so I hope this recipe helps you to eat something quick and healthy before heading out the door. You will need:
- Seasoning: black pepper and a pinch of salt
Chop up the:
- Mushrooms and onions
- Stir fry the veggies add a pinch of salt and black pepper for seasoning
- Add in the eggs and stir fry until cooked
- Cut up the avocado and add to the plate.
- Serve with a glass of juice and viola
- Bon appetite
