Here is a quick and easy breakfast idea for when you are on the go. Breakfast is the most important meal of the day and it’s often the most skipped, so I hope this recipe helps you to eat something quick and healthy before heading out the door. You will need: 

  • Spinach
  • Eggs
  • Mushrooms
  • Onions
  • Seasoning: black pepper and a pinch of salt
  • Avocados

Chop up the: 

  • Mushrooms and onions

  • Spinach 

  • Stir fry the veggies add a pinch of salt and black pepper for seasoning 

  • Add in the eggs and stir fry until cooked 

  • Cut up the avocado and add to the plate.

  • Serve with a glass of juice and viola 
  • Bon appetite

    Spinach + eggs + avocado + OJ = bae! I’m definitely going to try this recipe.
