Hello Everyone!

Today is indeed a special day, for I have yet another beauty tip to share with you all. Now I can’t take all the credit for this invention, I came across this ”recipe” on one of my many beauty researches I conduct ever so often. I understand that for us women a major battle we face is the battle with cellulite and stretch marks, no woman likes it and it can be quite overwhelming and discouraging to deal with, in addition to that the creams and serums that promise to fight these problem areas are most often times over priced and not everyone has pockets that deep. But ladies, were there is a will there is a way! Instead of throwing all your hard earned money on a product, why not combine ingredients you already own and turn it into a cure for your problem areas by making a concoction for yourself… easy enough right?

Here’s what you’ll need:

  • Coffee
  • Brown Sugar
  • Lemon/ Lemon Juice
  • Coconut oil
  • A jar for storage
  • a bowl and a spoon to mix your ingredients

step 1: put one tbs of coconut oil into the bowl

step 2: pour in the coffee (3 tbs)

step 3: pour in the brown sugar (two tbs)

Step 4: Pour in the lemon juice ( 2tbs or more )

Step 5: Mix everything in and store in a jar

THE SCIENCE: The reason why this works is because the caffeine promotes blood circulation thus reducing cellulite by 17%, the brown sugar scrubs away dead skin cells and smooth-ens out the skin, the lemon juice fades and lightens an uneven skin tone and the coconut oil nourishes the skin. After using this scrub your skin feels so nourished and well saturated! You will love using this scrub especially if you love the smell of coffee.

F.Y.I: Prepare to make a mess in the bathroom on the days that you do do this and I would recommend doing this twice a week. When I use this wonderful smelling scrub, I make sure I use a body glove with it.

Try it out and see the outcome, I hope this helps 🙂
